The Karobe Ritual, from our roots to your home.

At Karobe, we believe that the best things take time. Every order is prepared with the same care we put into our Mediterranean carob, ensuring that you receive a fresh and high-quality product for your daily ritual.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Because Karobe is an artisanal product, during periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your ritual.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship from our roots in Valencia, Spain. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Spain (Peninsula): 24 - 48 business hours.

European Union (France, Italy, Germany): 3 - 5 business days.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 3 - 7 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Karobe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: This generally only applies to orders outside the European Union.

5. Damages

Karobe is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at orders@karobe.co within 48 hours of receipt. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage.
