Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At Karobe, your ritual and well-being are our priority. We don't want anyone to keep a product they are not 100% satisfied with. If the Karobe experience isn't what you expected, simply send it back to us and we will refund your entire purchase.
Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Shipping your return
To keep our process simple and direct, customers are responsible for organizing and paying for their own return shipping. Once you notify us, please send your package to the following address:

Please ensure the item is sent in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
There are no restocking fees for returned items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once received, you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Orders@karobe.co if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
